We experienced intermittent issues with document uploads via the Studio Prime Integration API. After conducting a thorough investigation, we identified that the issue was related to intermittent load balancing failures when routing Prime API requests through our network infrastructure.
To address the issue and ensure reliability, routing was transferred to a different load balancing solution until a suitable resolution could be deployed.
